Accept an Invitation to Join a HappySupport Workspace

When someone invites you to their HappySupport workspace, accepting the invitation connects you directly to that workspace.

Accept the invitation

1. Follow your invitation
   Open the invitation you received and follow it to HappySupport. This starts the acceptance flow for the workspace you were invited to.

2. Complete the prompts shown
   Work through the prompts HappySupport shows you. What you see depends on how you're joining.

3. Add your name and verify your email (password-based invitees)
   If you're joining with a password, you still need to:

   • Enter your name
   • Verify your email address

   You need both before you can finish accepting.

4. Start working in Home
   Once you've accepted, HappySupport takes you to Home in the workspace you were invited to. Any remaining setup is optional, so you can start right away.
