What you need

HappyWidget is included on all plans (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise). You need:

• A library of guides in HappySupport
• HappyWidget enabled in your workspace settings

Adding HappyChat to HappyWidget

If you're on a Pro or Enterprise plan, you can also embed HappyChat inside HappyWidget. This gives users chatbot support without leaving your application. Enable this option in the HappyWidget settings.
