Can articles and screenshots be translated automatically?

Yes, article text can be auto-translated on Pro and Enterprise plans. Screenshots cannot be translated automatically at this point of time.

If you want to translate article text

Auto-translation converts your article content into your configured target languages while respecting your tone (formal/informal) and addressing (personal/impersonal) settings per language.

After you created an article, HappySupport translates the article automatically. You cannot edit the translated version, only the original.

If you're on the Starter plan

Auto-translation isn't available on Starter. You need to upgrade to Pro or Scale.
