Can we define our own help article structure?
No, HappySupport doesn't let you create custom article structures from scratch. To get AI generated help articles, you work with the built-in templates HappySupport provides. If you seek a special structure, you can of course always write an article manually and define your own structure.
What you can customize
While you can't define entirely new structures, you have control over:
- Article titles and body content
- Screenshots and their annotations (blur, focus, crop, zoom)
- Tags for organization
- Category placement within your Help Center hierarchy
Your glossary terms automatically apply across all AI-generated content, so terminology stays consistent regardless of article type.
