How do I migrate from HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, or GitBook?
Can I move my current help center into HappySupport?
Yes. HappySupport has a native import that pulls your existing documentation straight in. It works currently with Zendesk, plus any other help center through a standard export. You keep your articles, your structure, and your media. Nothing gets rebuilt from scratch.
Who does the migration work?
We do. Every migration comes with free, done-for-you onboarding. You do not run the import yourself and you do not spend days preparing files. You give us access, we run the native import, and we set up the structure. The cost is zero and the time on your side is close to zero.
What do you need from me to start?
At a minimum, your existing articles. That alone is enough to import your content and stand up the Help Center. For the full benefit, two more things help: read-only access to your front-end Git repository, and a login to your product.
- Your articles are the content we import.
- Read-only Git access lets HappyAgent watch your code and keep guides current when the UI changes.
- A product login lets HappyRecorder capture fresh screenshots and record your real flows.
Will you help me organize the Help Center, or just dump the articles in?
We help you organize it. Part of onboarding is a working session on your information architecture: how categories are grouped, what gets merged, what is missing, and what order things sit in. A straight import copies your old structure. We use the move as the moment to fix the structure, not just carry it over.
How long until I can use it?
1 working day. Once the import runs, you log in and start testing HappySupport yourself: open articles, edit them, and see how search and the Help Center behave. There is no long provisioning wait. The fast import is the point. You get to feel the benefit before you commit more of your time.
